Pricing is based on current silver market rates and is subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and product details, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or modify the order after informing the customer and issuing a full refund if payment has already been made.

All orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Dispatch timelines typically range from 1–2 business days, with same-day dispatch available in select cases depending on order confirmation time and operational feasibility.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policies, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Customers must strictly follow the stated return process, including providing an unedited unboxing video and returning the product in its original condition with all packaging and certification intact.

However, once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and transit risks are beyond our direct control. Any issues related to transit damage or missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery, supported by a proper unboxing video.
