We currently ship across India through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once the order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer via email or message so the shipment can be monitored until delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier serviceability, and unforeseen logistical factors, but we make every effort to minimize delays.
All jewellery is packed in secure, premium-quality packaging designed to protect the product during transit. While we take utmost care in packaging and dispatch, responsibility for delays or issues caused by courier partners or external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions lies beyond our direct control.
We accept prepaid orders only to maintain transaction security and operational efficiency. Customers are advised to ensure that shipping details, including address and contact information, are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. In the rare event of transit damage or missing items, customers must inform us immediately upon delivery and provide an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. This is mandatory for any shipping-related claim and helps us resolve issues fairly and transparently.
