All our jewellery is crafted from pure hallmarked silver and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Refund requests are accepted only for eligible returns raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition along with the original packaging, certificates, and any additional accessories provided at the time of delivery. An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for all refund claims, as it helps us verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received, it undergoes a quality inspection by our team. If the product meets all return eligibility criteria, the refund is approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, but refunds are typically initiated within a few working days after approval.

Refunds are not applicable for products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, tampering, or missing original packaging. Orders that include certification add-ons, premium packaging upgrades, or any customized services may not be fully refundable. Any shipping or handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a genuine error from our end.

Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation and must follow the return and refund process if applicable. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the return does not comply with our policy conditions.
